I believe this brand or company is not a stranger to anyone.

In fact, we use it whenever we have a question.

What about SEO? Search Engine Optimisation?

Not so much?

SEO is a structure being used by normally companies to “rank up” in search engine results.

Company are “ranked up” based on quality of content, On-page SEO and off-page SEO.

By “ranking up”, companies are able to be one of the top results being shown to the search engine’s users. It’s like a free advertisement.

Notice how most of your best results you got from searching on Google are always on the top? This is because Google also uses the same structure to scan all the websites and understand them in order to provide top relevant results to its users.

How does using SEO help?

SEO helps you define your company’s goal, create useful content and reach out to more potential consumers by being on the top of the search page.

I’ve mentioned that most of your Google results are always the best results you needed but nothing is perfect. There will definitely be times where your top results are not up to quality.

This is where Black Hat SEO happen.

Companies that focuses on short-term will use Black Hat SEO as their technique to expose to as many users as possible, simply by optimising content for search engines but not users. Yes, they will get “ranked up” quickly but they will also get banned for “tricking” the system eventually, it’s just the matter of time.

Search engine like Google will not tolerate results that are not worthy.
